Monday — Breakfast: Pancake sausage bites, cereal. Lunch: Hamburger on whole grain bun, potato wedges, lettuce toss, orange juice.

Tuesday — Breakfast: Mini pancakes, cereal. Lunch: Beef and bean tostada, veggie bar, pears, fruit basket upset.

Sept. 30 — Breakfast: Biscuit, sausage gravy, cereal. Lunch: Chicken strips, mashed potatoes, gravy, steamed broccoli, peaches, whole-grain roll.

Oct. 1 — Breakfast: Little smokies, toast, cereal. Lunch: Spaghetti pie, lettuce toss, green beans, peaches, whole-wheat bread.

Thursday — Breakfast: Super donut, yogurt. Lunch: Chicken teriyaki, rice, salad bar, winter mix with cheese, apple crisp, whole-grain dinner roll.

Friday — Breakfast: Breakfast burrito. Lunch: Grilled hamburgers, whole grain bun, baked beans, baby carrots, potato chips, applesauce, sherbet.

Monday — Breakfast: Cereal choice, muffin. Lunch: Deli turkey, whole grain bun, roasted potatoes, salad bar, orange juice.

Tuesday — Breakfast: Biscuit, sausage patty. Lunch: Beef and bean tostada, veggie bar, pears, corn bread.

Sept. 30 — Breakfast: Breakfast pizza. Lunch: Chicken strips, mashed potatoes, gravy, broccoli with cheese, grapes, whole-2grain dinner roll.

Oct. 1 — Breakfast: Mini pancakes, cheese stick. Lunch: Spaghetti pie, salad bar, green beans, peaches, whole-grain French bread.
