Thursday — Turkey sandwich with gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, apple slices, pumpkin custard.

Friday — Baked fish or beef patty, seasoned rice, cauliflower, tossed salad, tropical fruit.

Monday — Chili, gelatin with carrots, peaches, cinnamon roll.

Tuesday — Chicken enchilada casserole, refried beans, tossed salad, mandarin oranges.

March 2 — Pork loin, garlic mashed potatoes, broccoli or mixed vegetables, applesauce, oatmeal cake, roll.
