Friday — Swiss steak, red skin potatoes, creamed peas, mandarin oranges and pineapple, roll.

Monday — Oven-fried chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, broccoli, fresh fruit, roll.

Tuesday — Turkey tetrazzini, green peas, carrot-raisin salad, lime-sprinkled pears, garlic bread.

July 19 — Roast pork, baked potato, sour cream, pea salad, cake with fruit, roll.

July 20 — Hamburger on a bun, potato salad, marinated green beans, peaches, ketchup and mustard.
