Monday — Chicken enchilada, Spanish rice, pinto beans, cucumber and tomato salad, fruit.
Tuesday — Goulash, carrots, tomato salad, garlic bread.
May 2 — Orange chicken, herbed rice, oriental veggies, coleslaw, bread.
May 3 — Tamale pie, Spanish rice, refried beans.
