Thursday — Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, pineapple tidbits, roll.

Friday — Baked fish or beef patty, oven roasted potatoes, mixed vegetables, rosy pears, roll.

Monday — Orange chicken, garlic mashed potatoes, broccoli or carrots, tossed salad, cinnamon baked apples.

Tuesday — Pork roast, sweet potato, mixed vegetables, fruit, cake.

May 3 — Bierrock, roasted red potatoes, green beans, fruit cocktail, cookie.

May 4 — Roasted turkey, mashed potatoes with gravy, candied carrots, cran-apple gelatin, pumpkin cake.
