A four-wheeled, all-terrain vehicle was taken from a property in the 400 block of Upland Road in Peabody, Aug. 12. The vehicle was recovered but had been damaged. Damages were estimated at $400.

A report of a reckless driver near Florence Sept. 4, resulted in the driver being arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and transporting an open container.

The driver of a vehicle reportedly improperly passed a motorcyclist on K-15 near Goessel at 4:55 p.m. Sept. 6, failing to allow sufficient clearance and passing in a no passing zone. The suspected driver also was charged with reckless driving.
