Shirley Ann Grosse, 57, of Marion, died Friday at St. Luke Hospital in Marion.

She was born on Oct. 27, 1953, in Topeka to Bill and Doris (Pletcher) Nonken. She married William Grosse of Marion on Sept. 4, 1975. She was a certified medical aide at St. Living Center.

Her father preceded her in death. Survivors include her husband, mother, sons Travis Grosse and Bryan Grosse, both of Marion, brother Michael Nonken of Texas, sisters Jana Turner of Oklahoma and Sue McGilton of Topeka, and one grandchild, Jace Grosse of McPherson.

A memorial service was at 10 a.m. today at Prairie Lawn Cemetery, Peabody. Pastor James Pohlman officiated. Memorials may be sent to the Shirley Grosse Memorial Fund in care of Baker Funeral Home, 114 N. Sycamore St., Peabody, KS, 66866.
