Tabor College fundraising surpassed $1 million for the fiscal year ending June 30, the college announced Friday.
The Tabor Fund received $1,013,600 in donations. The fund supports the college’s operations in a variety of ways, from paying faculty salaries to building upkeep, Director of Communications Beth Riffel said.
“It is wonderful to see so many faithful donors, as well as many new supporters willing to financially support the mission of Tabor College,” Vice President of Advancement Jim Elliott said. “Without their financial gifts, Tabor College could not effectively provide a Christ-centered education for so many young people who will someday change the world.”
Because Tabor College is a private institution, fundraising is a year-round process, Riffel said. For more information, visit http://www.tabor.edu/giving.
