Tabor hires cross-country coach

Tabor College has hired Brian Grime as men’s and women’s cross-country head coach and assistant track coach.

Vice President for Intercollegiate Athletics Rusty Allen said Grime’s qualifications and characteristics make him the right fit for this position.

“Coach Grime brings youth, expertise, enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, great relational skills, and a desire to influence young men and women in their relationships with Christ,” Allen said.

Grime says he is ready for the next challenge in his coaching career at a Christian college.

“Tabor has a lot to offer and I believe through their Christ-centered approach, a program can be built here that will last,” Grime said.

Grime comes to Tabor after spending the past two years at Heidelberg University in Tiffin, Ohio working as the assistant cross country and track and field coach.

He will begin his coaching duties in July.
