Tabor College men’s basketball team remained above the .500 mark and the women earned their first victory of the season this past week.
The men split four games during the week, defeating Doane College and Haskell Indian Nations University, and losing to Lindenwood University and College of the Ozarks.
The split left the Bluejays with a 4-3 record.
The women, who began the season with four straight losses, defeated St. Gregory College Friday, 59-51, to claim its first victory of the season.
Losses to the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma Nov. 18 and Iowa Wesleyan Saturday dropped the Lady ’Jays to 1-5 on the season.
The men play three games this week, Thursday at McPherson, Saturday versus Southwestern, and a Monday exhibition at Arkansas Tech University.
The women also play McPherson and Southwestern.
