Tabor names hall of fame inductees

Three former Tabor College athletes have been named to the college’s Athletic Hall of Fame.

Donya Anderson, a 2007 graduate, played on the women’s basketball team. She lettered all four years and is Tabor’s career leader in steals and rebounds. She earned KCAC All-Conference honors three out of four years and was an NAIA All-American for two years.

Grant Brubacher graduated in 2005 as a three-sport athlete participating in soccer, basketball, and baseball. He earned KCAC All-Conference first team honors in all three sports his senior year and was KCAC Player of the Year for soccer the same year.

Ashley (Sherrer) Malcom was a four-year letter earner in volleyball and track and field. She earned KCAC All-Conference first team honors in numerous events while participating in track and field and competed at the NAIA Nationals in triple jump all four years of her career at Tabor.

The trio will be inducted into the hall of fame at the annual sports banquet May 12.
