Tai chi available at AGAPE

Tai chi exercises will be offered for six weeks on Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning Tuesday. Some of the benefits of the exercise regimen are improved strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination and better posture, stress reduction, and improved digestion.

Gayla Ratzlaff will provide the class for $12 per person. Call the All Goessel Area Projects for Elderly Center at (620) 367-2275.

In addition to meals at the center and meals delivered to homes, other events are planned.

Ratzlaff will provide assistance Friday with Food Sales tax and Homestead Act refunds.

Janet Blue will provide information about Medicare and Medicaid at 12:30 p.m. March 2. Goessel FFA students will present their speeches March 9. Bingo will be played March 16. Talks will be given by Susan Krehbiel on March 23 and Vern Goering on March 30.
