Caleb Thor Hartman, 215 E. Skancke St., McPherson, charge of failure to report an auto accident dismissed with prejudice Feb. 18 upon payment of $108 in court costs.

Russell Stockton Pitts, 410 N. Broadway St., Herington, charges of running a stop sign and driving with a suspended license dismissed without prejudice March 18 upon payment of $108 in court costs.

Jodi Lynn Jacques, 3203 N. Plum St., Hutchinson, pleaded no contest March 30 to driving with a suspended license; in exchange, counts of speeding and driving without insurance dismissed with prejudice, sentenced to six months unsupervised probation, fined $408.

Daniel W. Kyle, 104 W. 7th St., Florence, probation revoked April 8, for failure to: report to court services officer within 72 hours of contact with law enforcement; not drive without a valid driver’s license, proper vehicle tags, and liability insurance; pay all fees owed; obey all federal, state, and municipal laws. Kyle sentenced to 20 days in custody of Marion County Sheriff, receives credit for time served, sentenced to 12 months supervised probation upon release from custody, concurrent to another case. In other case, Kyle pleaded no contest April 8 to charge of driving with a suspended license; in exchange, charges of driving without liability insurance and driving with a defective tail lamp dismissed. Sentenced to six months probation.

Monalisa Kan Khim, Wichita, March 7, speeding (90 in a 65 mph zone), six-month diversion agreement entered into, $258 plus $200 diversion fee, charges to be dismissed upon completion of agreement.

Breann Marie Pruett, Wichita, Nov. 7, speeding (88 in a 65 mph zone) and driving without liability insurance, $540.
