Johnny Estrada, 1424 E. 24th St., Wichita, entered into six months diversion July 9 on transport of an open container.

Bryant Scott Gutsch, 318 Locust St., Marion, entered into 12-month diversion July 9 on charges of DUI and speeding (30 in a 20).

Qawn Montez McBride, 820 E. 12th St., Newton, charge of driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked. Dismissed June 18.

Rosegene Allen Morales, 214 E. 4th St., Florence, pleaded not guilty June 23 to transportation of liquor in an open container. Status hearing was July 9.

Kevin Neufeld, 410 W. Grand Ave., Hillsboro, pleaded no contest June 23 to transportation of liquor in an open container. Charges of driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked dismissed. Sentenced to five days jail, six months probation, and $246.

Kerrick M. Wilhelm, 925 SE River Rd., El Dorado, pleaded no contest June 16 to driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked. Sentencing set for July 21.
