Hillsboro girls’ tennis placed 10th out of 11 teams competing in the Central Kansas League tournament Saturday in Hillsboro.

No. 1 singles player Allison Gray won her first match, lost her second, and went on to win her third and fourth to place 9th in her bracket.

No. 2 singles player Shelby Johnson lost all her matches and took ninth in her bracket.

No. 1 doubles team of Anna Glanzer and Mary Leihy placed 7th in their bracket after winning two and losing one.

No. 2 doubles team Hanna Funk and Ellian Weisbeck also placed seventh in their bracket.
