Trojan softball team loses in first round

Hillsboro fell, 11-0, to No. 1 seed Thomas Moor Prep-Marian at the 3A state tournament Friday.

The Trojans finished the season 13-11 after winning the Marion regional.

Thomas Moor took third in the tournament after losing to eventual champion Silver Lake.
