Trojan tennis tries new lineup

The Hillsboro High School tennis team changed its lineup Thursday for the Sterling tennis meet.

Harry Faber played as the Trojans No. 1 singles player. He placed third out of four players.

Sophomore Jeff Pritchard played as the Trojans No. 2 singles player.

Hillsboro’s usual singles players, Jarod Hamm and Grant Shewey, played as the No. 1 doubles team. They finished third. “Grant and Jarod are having very successful seasons as singles players and will finish the season in singles,” Holmes said.

The Trojans’ No. 2 doubles team of Tyler Funk and Nodari Lomidze lost three matches.
