Virus slows to only 2 new cases

Marion County Health Department reported Tuesday only two new cases of COVID-19 in the past week.

That brings the total number of cases in the county to 1,094 since counting began in 2020.

The health department has vaccinated 2,601 people. That total does not reflect vaccines given by Hillsboro Hospital and St. Luke Clinic.
