Youth vaping will be the topic of a town hall meeting at 7:30 p.m. Jan. 16 at Marion Community Center.
The second of two such meetings in the county, DCCCA representative Crystal Dalmasso will talk with parents and caregivers about the importance of talking with youth about vaping.
Marion County Health Department, Marion County FACT, and Marion County Extension Office are working together to reduce youth vaping after a Kansas Communities that Care report showed a significant increase in electronic cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vape pens, or e-hookah in Kansas.
