Hanna Miller returned Sunday evening after spending about six weeks in Denver with Virginia Krause and Rick, Mr. and Mrs. Glen Frederick, Amy and Heather, Mr. and Mrs. Gene Kissinger and Amanda Jean, who is Mrs. Miller's great-granddaughter.

Agnes Funk and Stanley have moved from their farm home north of Marion to the home they have purchased in Hillsboro.

M.G. Jost, vice president of the First National Bank, reported an increase in assets of $2.3 million in 1978 at the bank's annual meeting of stockholders. The following directors were elected: J.D. Wiebe, chairman, R.F. Schaeffler, E.W. Flaming, M.G. Jost, and H.J. Wiebe.

Hillsboro High School girls host Fairfield Friday night in Mid-Kansas League play. The Trojans are currently in a tie for second place with Fair field as both teams hold 5-1 league marks.

Newly elected officers o the Hillsboro Planing commission include Tom Lanning, vice president; Shelda Harms, chairman; and Ken Koslowsky, secretary.

Allen D. Klassen is listed on the fall semester of the dean's honor roll at Hutchinon Community College. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Arnold (Pete) Klassen.

"The Invention," a contemporary comedy for children, has been named as the Tabor college spring drama production.
