A possible buyer for the Lehigh school buildings appeared in Hillsboro Tuesday. The interested party wishes to have the buildings for their Empire Lamp and Shade Manufacturing company now located at Maize. The interested buyers, Gene and Twila Talley, wish to use the buildings to relocate their lamp and shade factory.

Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Hagen of Hillsboro announce the engagement of their daughter, Coleen Kaye, to Murray Koop, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harley Koop, rural Hillsboro. Miss Hagen is a 1975 graduate of Hillsboro High School. She attended Tabor College and Wichita State University. She is currently employed at Ag-Service, Inc. Her fiancé graduated from Hillsboro High School in 1971 and is employed farming and at Hillsboro Industries, Inc.

The double-ring ceremony of Debra Kay Ratzlaff and Douglas Wesley Regier was held May 21 at the Marion Christian Church with the Rev. Marvin Hein and Rev. David Branson officiating. After a wedding trip to Estes Park, Colo., the couple is at home in rural Peabody. The groom farms and is employed at Harder Metal Products in Peabody. The bride is employed at the Marion Professional Pharmacy in Marion.

Mrs. Victor Hein of Hillsboro bid $31,000 at the auction for the Suncrest School facilities. Hein and her family intend to live in the building.
