The Marion County Fair Board approved at their Tuesday meeting the appointment of Kevin Pankratz as fair manager for the remainder of 1980. Pankratz, a senior at Bethel College from rural Hillsboro, will replace Clint Seibel who resigned as manager this year.
Tim Newfield, 19, was sentenced to one term of life imprisonment, two terms of not less than 15 years nor more than life imprisonment and one term of not less then five nor more than 20 years of imprisonment, to run consecutively.
