Mr. and Mrs. Johnny Siebert are celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary with a reception Sept. 25 from 2 to 4 p.m. in the fellowship hall of Hillsboro Mennonite Brethren Church.

Mr. and Mrs. Herb Hodel hosted a carry-in dinner at their home Thursday to celebrate John D. Block's birthday. Those present were Mr. and Mrs. Block, Mr. and Mrs. D.D. Klaassen, Mr. and Mrs. Jona Prieb and Keith, Justina Klaassen, Esther Klaassen, Mrs. Rubena Klaassen, and Mrs. Frank Ashley and Nathan.

Rosella Bartel and Helene Rempel were hosts to a morning neighborhood coffee on Tuesday, Sept. 13, honoring Esther Vogt. Invited guests were Marie Ewert, Esther Bartel, Anna Bartel, Helen Goertz, LaVonne Calem, Mrytise Toews, Anna Seibel and Elizabeth Schneider. Mrs. Vogt recently moved into her newly purchased home at 113 S. Ash.

Mrs. Alma McCoy, Mrs. Susie Esau and Mr. and Mrs. Bill Dalke returned from the Ozarks Monday where they visited leading attractions. They also visited Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Okla.

As of Sept. 16, John Ewert, registrar at Tabor college, has estimated the 1977 fall semester enrollment at 501 students. According to Ewert, the figures show a 2 percent increase over last year's final fall semester enrollment of 489 students.

As a result of a Buick sales effort by the sales staff at Irv Schroeder County Motors, Bruce Schroeder, sales manager, had his name drawn for a new 1977 Buick Le Sabre Coupe at a sales pay off banquet in St. Joseph, Mo.
