Mrs. J.F. Penner was a guest of Mrs. Frank Penner Thursday and Friday of last week.
Mr. and Mrs. Robert Arnold and boys left Friday for a two-week vacation trip through the Eastern states.
Mr. and Mrs. Walter Lindteigen and boys left Thursday evening for North Dakota to visit Mr. Lindteigen's parents.
Mr. and Mrs. Allen Schmidt and son were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. John L. W. Regier.
The following enjoyed a picnic dinner on the 4th of July at the home of Mr. and Mrs. June Jost: Mr. Carl Jost of Wichita; Mr. and Mrs. Jake K. Jost and boys; Mrs. P.S. Jost; and Mr. and Mrs. Dan Schmidt and family.
Rev. and Mrs. J.C.N. Hiebert and Mrs. John Voth returned Tuesday morning from Mountain Lake, Minn., where they had been visiting relatives for the past two weeks.
Albert Willems of Wichita spent the weekend with his parents Mr. and Mrs. Henry K, Willems.
Mr. and Mrs. Dan Klassen and Nancy and David Unruh and Lois Nickel were Saturday evening guests of Mr. and Mrs. Jim Peters and family of Lehigh.
Miss Justina Wiebe is working at the Salem Home while Mrs. E.J. Penner is on vacation.
Miss Maxine Ratzlaff is working in the offices of Peque's Department Store in Hutchinson.
Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Funk and Becky spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Backhus of Tampa.
Mrs. J.W. Nickel and children and Mr. and Mrs. Bruno Goertz enjoyed a picnic supper at the Memorial Park Tuesday evening.
