Mr. and Mrs. Arlo Plenert and children were Sunday afternoon guests of Mr. and Mrs. Ervin Plenert.

Last Sunday noon the Tabor faculty and staff met in the college social room for an informal reception for the Rev. Frank C. Peters family. After the meal in the cafeteria, Dr. Franz spoke words of welcome and Rev. Peters responded by saying that they are looking forward to a rich time of Christian service in college and community.

Stuart Pankratz and Marles Preheim of Bethel College, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Balzer and Mr. and Mrs. Jack Sharp were Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. H. E. Pankratz and Mrs. Lawrence Bale.

Coaches of the North Marion County League (N.M.C.L.) are Keith Mueller of Tampa, Gerhard Buhr of Lehigh, Alfred Brown of Lost Springs, Elmer Klippenstein of Goessel, Bob Staley of Ramona, Keith Grant of Lincolnville, and Harold Hauck of Durham.

The Hillsboro Trojans missed a chance to retain sole possession of first place in the Cottonwood Valley League when they lost 60-52 to the Herington Railers at Herington on Jan. 22.
