Evidently knowing there was no competition for him in winning the "lucky loot" of prizes set aside by Hillsboro merchants — Mr. Craig Lawton Leppke took his time cashing in on the title of "Little Mr. New Year, 1955," by not arriving at Salem Hospital till 7:40 a. m. Jan. 3. His parents are Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Leppke.
