Mr. and Mrs. Henry K. Willems spent Monday afternoon in Inman where they visited Mr. and Mrs. Aaron Willems and family, Mr. and Mrs. Abe Willems and family, and Mrs. Mary Johnen and family.

Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Wing left Sunday morning on an extended trip through the South. Mr. and Mrs. William Probst of Argonia are in charge of the Wing Drug Store during their absence.

A wiener roast was held at the C.C. Friesen home Monday evening honoring Miss Dena Yoder on her birthday. Those who were present for the occasion were Verna and Alice Funk, Linda and Evelyn Friesen, Harriet Amstutz, Wilma and Marietta Friesen and the honored guest. The evening was spent playing various games.

Shirley Hiebert, freshman at Bethel College, has been chosen vice president of the Beta Kappa organization at Bethel College for the coming year. The Beta Kappa is a girl's service organization. Various service projects for the benefit of the college have been sponsored.

Mr. and Mrs. Frankie Dale Vogt and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Vogt and daughters went to Fairview, Okla., Sunday to attend the Hiebert-Buller wedding. They were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Art Shipley.

Mr. and Mrs. Norman Abrahams and children were Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Funk and family.

Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Koop and children were Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Aaron Schmidt.

Mr. and Mrs. Fred Michael attended the rural carriers meeting and supper at Lost Springs Monday evening.
