Mr. Paul Lange who has been teaching in Formoso the past winter returned home Sunday to spend the summer with his parents.

Keith Ashcraft left Monday for Moundridge where he will work on the Phil Adrian farm this summer.

Mr. and Mrs. Norton Goertz observed their 15th wedding anniversary with a dinner party May 24.

Mr. and Mrs. J.E. Sinclair returned Monday afternoon from a two-week vacation in New Mexico.

Misses Marietta Friesen, Wanda Bartel and Adelia Klassen were Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Johnnie Bartel and boys.

Mr. and Mrs. Levi Buller were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Rollind Olson and Marilyn at a pot luck supper Sunday evening.

Stuart Pankratz will leave for Kansas City, Mo., June 1 where he will be employed as a medical technician at St. Marys Hospital during the summer months.

The members of Zion Lutheran Church will gather near the old church building after the regular 10 a.m. Sunday morning service for the ground breaking of their new church. The congregation met last Monday evening and decided to build the new church, which Mr. Wiebe of Wichita designed It was also decided that the new church would be built of Austin limestone from Austin, Texas.
