Mr. Hiebert's invention is called Hiebert's Dutch-Rub Cattle Oiler and insecticide applicator. The Dutch-Rub is an effective and economical way to aid in the treatment of the flies, lice, grubs, ticks, mange, and other cattle troubles. Already 25 dealers have been set up to handle the new product on a commercial basis.

The plan is one that has recently been adopted in numerous towns in central and western Kansas because of the unusual tornado activity within the past three weeks.
