Dwight M. Wiebe, a former Hillsboro resident and Tabor College student, had the privilege of meeting King Paul and Queen Frederika of Greece and hearing their personal gratitude for the rehabilitation work which Mennonite youth are doing under his leadership. Mr. Wiebe met the Greek royalty at the 50th anniversary observance of the American Farm School at Salonika. "I want to express my appreciation for what the American boys are doing," Queen Frederika said of the nine Mennonite youths who are performing agricultural demonstrations for the benefit of poor farmers in three northern Greek villages.

With the arrival of a second carload of bulk milk tanks Saturday, crew men of the Kansas Co-op Creamery Association here have been kept busy installing them on farms in the area. When finished, they will have twenty-one of the big tanks in operation. The new system of milk pickup was only begun recently and has proved popular with producers of the co-operative plant.

Mr. and Mrs. Waldo Bartel entertained at a farewell party for their son Arthur Sunday evening in the Bartels' home. Guests were Mr. and Mrs. Leroy Bartel and Terri of Newton, Mr. and Mrs. Andy Krause of Canton, Mr. and Mrs. Dan Wuhlgemuth, Ruth and Kay, Mr. and Mrs. Allen Schlehuber and son, Mr. and Mrs. Morris Bartel and son, Sharon Toews, and Naomi Bartel. Arthur will leave for the army on July 18.

For the past week or more the Hillsboro police department has received reports of window damage through the careless use of air rifles. The department says all reports are under investigation and people found using the weapon carelessly without proper respect for rights and property of others will be subject to disciplinary action. They ask the cooperation of parents to instruct their children in the proper use of their air rifles.
