Round the town: Diener enjoys spring break in NYC

Marissa Diener, on spring break from Kansas State University, visited cousins Corey and Holly Fessenden in Rome, N.Y. They enjoyed sightseeing in New York City.

Doug and Debbie Dick and family and Gordon and Doris Dalke celebrated Emma Heidi's fourth birthday at Wichita at the home of her parents, Kendall and Carey Heidi.

Gene and Beryl Steiner went Sunday to Clifton. They celebrated with dinner at the Stephen Kieffer home in honor of Mariah's 11th birthday.

Doug and Pam Bartel, Kelsey and Kyle, Ryan and Tanya Bartel and Eva, and Erin Bartel and fiancée Otis Beverly of Kansas City met for supper at Wichita with Pam's brother David and Shelly Klein and family of North Dakota. Klein's son plays baseball for North Dakota University. They came to watch his team play Wichita State University.

Kent and Emily Nichols of Hesston and Tim and Donna Diener were guests for a Friday evening waffle and sausage supper at the Paul Pankratz home.

Verden and Pauline Harms attended the Tampa Lions Club 50th anniversary banquet Saturday evening.

Bernice McDowell visited Friday to Tuesday at Wichita with Brian and Shirley Lewis.
