'Round the town: Seibels gather for reunion

Dave and Mary Lancaster of Hillsboro and Dirk Lancaster of Lindsborg spent the weekend with Liz Lancaster at Kirksville, Mo.
Don and Connie Isaac spent the weekend at the home of their daughter and husband, Lance and Christi Zimmerman, at St. Joseph, Mo.
The children of Irene Seibel and the late C.H. (Bud) Seibel met for a reunion July 13 to 17. Family here were Clint and Evelyn Seibel of Hillsboro and their children, Jodi Glanzer and Chris Seibel; Ralph and Cindy Seibel from Atlanta, Ga., and their children Jason Bonds, Chloe and Laurel, Dr. Bobbie and Chelli Jones and Josh Vibert; Clyde and Gaylene Seibel from Atlanta, Ga., and their children Travis and Tabitha Seibel, Andrea and Jesse; Lovella Kilpatrick and sons David and Joseph from Kansas City; John and Connie Seibel from Atlanta, Ga., and their children Rachel, Rebecca, Daniel, Joel, Gabriel, Josiah and Micah; CW IV Kelly and Gracie Gulker from Germany and their children Katherine, Christian and Sara. Jeremy Glanzer was not able to attend the reunion.
Their time was spent visiting the Robert Loewen farm where the Seibel children grew up, golfing, fishing, bowling, swimming, antique shopping, viewing old family pictures and singing. While here, Katherine Gulker was baptized by her uncle Ralph Seibel. Her grandparents Duane and Marvene Gulker from Salina also attended the baptism.
Clinton and Evelyn Seibel left on Monday morning for Grand Junction, Colo., to see their new granddaughter, Erica Rose, born to Josh and Dionne Guddat.
Tiffany Luna from Lowell, Mass., and Lauren Mayfield of Hillsboro had lunch with Pearl Koch at Pizza Hut on Thursday.
Weekend guests at the Paul Pankratzes were their granddaughter and husband Jennifer and Jeff Price and Jeff's parents Zig and Dianne Price from Arvado, Colo., and Holly Kadel of Oklahoma City. Joining them for a cookout and homemade ice cream Saturday evening were Ken Pankratz of Durham, the Tim Diener family of Hillsboro and David and Sherilyn Kadel of Randall.
