Alison T. Cady
Funeral services for Alison Teri Cady, 16, were held Monday morning at St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church, Pilsen, of Holy Family Parish.
Father Nick Voelker was the officiating clergyman. Burial was in the Pilsen church cemetery
She died as the result of a tragic automobile accident July 24, 2003, at the U.S.-50 and U.S.-77 highway intersection near Florence.
The daughter of Jeff and Theresa Cady of Marion, she was a student at Marion High School.
The family moved to Marion several years ago, from Beloit where she was born March 6, 1987.
Survivors include her parents, Jeff and Theresa Cady; grandparents Jerry and Enid Cady of Marion, Martinus and Martha Kohler of Beloit, and Tom Rider of Pensecola, Fla.; great grandmother, Joan Willett of Beloit; brother, Mitchell Cady of the home at Marion; sisters, Donna and Morgan Cady, both of the home in Marion; and a multitude of friends of all ages.
She was preceded in death by her grandmothers, Jo Rider and Donna Cady.
The Rosary was recited Sunday evening at the church and Mass was celebrated Monday morning at the church.
