We had Sunday church service at Summit. Linda had a wonderful sermon. After church LaVonne visited Bob and Kathryn Ireland at Newton. Kathryn and LaVonne went on to Wichita and were dinner guests of Jack and Carolyn Metz. The women spent the afternoon working on an Ammeter history notebook. LaVonne stayed all night at the Metz home.

LaVonne visited Tuesday morning with Maude Gaines.

Ladies Aid met Wednesday afternoon at LaVonne's.

Michele Montgomery, Bob Hartnagel and Darrel of Wichita, and Stan Ammeter were LaVonne's Wednesday dinner guests. They went hunting all morning.

Maude and LaVonne were shopping Thursday at Hillsboro and Newton. They ate lunch at McDonald's.

Michele Boise and friend Karen of Colorado visited Saturday evening with LaVonne.

Jack and Carolyn and LaVonne had lunch out and attended the movie "Walk the Line" at Newton. LaVonne returned home from Newton.

LaVonne and Maude went shopping Tuesday at Marion. They ate lunch at the senior center at Peabody.

We extend our deepest sympathy and prayers to the families of Alice Wilber and Myron Thiessen.

Well, winter has arrived. Stay warm. It's cold out there.
