Birth: Emma Grace Soyez

Jeff and Becky Soyez of Hillsboro announce the birth of their daughter, Emma Grace Soyez, born Aug. 14, 2003, at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita. She weighed 3 pounds 7 ounces and was 15 1/4 inches long.

Grandparents are Wayne and Linda Friesen of Hillsboro, Garry Hamm and Pam Hamm of Marion, and Richard Soyez of Belton, Mo.

Great-grandparents are Floyd and Aileen Miller of Hillsboro, Millie Riffel of Marion, and Pam Jones of Emporia.
