BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS: Frances Hanschu
All friends and relatives are invited to send cards and wishes to help Frances Hanschu celebrate her 80th birthday.
She was born April 23, 1923, at Marion, Kansas.
On Aug. 1, 1943, she married Clinton Hanschu in Florence, Kansas. They have lived all their married life in/around Ramona Kansas.
She worked at the J.C. Penney store in Marion, was a farmwife, worked at Paragon in Herington, Kansas, and was owner of Hanschu's Market in Ramona until she retired several years ago.
She resides in Ramona and part-time in Salina. Her husband, Clinton, is a resident of Kenwood Nursing Center in Salina, due to his illness.
Her children are Sharyn and husband Mike Mueller from Olathe and Randy and wife Jo Hanschu from Kansas City. She has four grandaughters, Cindi and Larry Beneke, Salina; Kimberly and Stephen Charles, Rogers, Arkansas; Tami and Brian Faris, Overland Park; and Kacie Hanschu, Owensboro, Kentucky. She also has four great grandchildren: Bryant and Brittany Beneke, Salina, and Meaghan and Madison Charles, Rogers, Arkansas.
Friends and family are invited to a birthday celebration for Frances on Wednesday, April 23, at the Ramona Senior Center from 2 to 4 p.m. No gifts are requested.
