BIRTHS: Alice Jordan

Jeremy and Amy Jordan of Hillsboro announce the birth of their daughter, Alice Anna Jordan, born Sept. 15, 2004, at Newton Medical Center in Newton. She weighed 6 pounds 1 ounce and was 18 1/4 inches long.

Grandparents are Gaylord and Peggy Goertzen of Hillsboro and Brenda Jordan of rural Marion. Great-grandparents are Vivian Blodget Hughes of Bakersfield, Calif., and Virgil and Phyllis Litke of rural Marion.
