Jeremy and Michele Gossen of Peabody are the parents of a son, Colton Tyler, born Oct. 1, 2004, at Newton Medical Center.
He weighed 6 pounds 9 ounces and was 19 1/4 inches long.
Maternal grandparents are Leland and Cathy Jantzen of rural Peabody. Paternal grandparents are Stan and Geri Gossen of rural Corn, Okla.
Great-grandparents are Merle and Emma Douglas of Marion and Sam and Naemi Gossen of Corn, Okla.
