Bluejay men advance to tournament
The Tabor men's basketball team has advanced to the championship of the KCAC tournament, defeating the hosting Sterling Warriors Saturday night, 64-61.
The Bluejays visited the regular-season champion Southwestern Moundbuilders Tuesday night.
With a win, Tabor will qualify for the NAIA's National Tournament held next week at Point Lookout at College of the Ozarks, in Branson, Mo.
Brad Gattis scored a game-high 18 points and Grant and Andy Brubacher followed with 17 and 10, respectively.
Results of Tuesday's action were not available.
