MCSEC hires executive director

The board of directors of Marion County Special Education Cooperative #617 announced Tuesday employment of a new executive director.

A contract was offered to and accepted by Christopher L. Cezar. He officially will take office July 1.

Cezar currently is assistant special education director for the Derby school district.

Cezar and his wife Becky, who is special education director for the Haysville school district, have plans to purchase property and build a home in Marion County.
