Corey M. Wiens
Corey M. Wiens, 21, of Farmer City, Ill., died Dec. 16, 2004.
Born Feb. 4, 1983, at Newton, he was the son of ElRoy and Loretta (Voth) Wiens.
He was a maintenance worker at Best Western Motel in Bloomington, Ill., and a member of Alexanderwohl Mennonite Church, rural Goessel.
He was a Goessel and Newton area resident before moving to Illinois in April.
Survivors include his parents of rural Newton; a sister, Amy Wiens of Farmer City, Ill.; grandfather, Rudolf Voth of rural Newton; and grandmother, O.Ruth Wiens of Inman.
Funeral services were held Wednesday at Alexanderwohl Mennonite Church with the Rev. Lee Suderman officiating. Burial was in Alexanderwohl Cemetery.
A memorial fund has been established with the Whitley Fund for Transplants.
