Thursday, the Moundridge Manor hosted a German meal for the board members. Clayton and Betty Wiebe attended from here.

Last weekend, Merle and Pam Hartman of Andover were guests in the home of Palmer and Lucille Base. On Friday, Conrad and Catherine Hartman of Hope were additional supper guests. They celebrated Pam's and Catherine's birthdays.

On Friday evening, the Harry Wedel families gathered at the Lehigh city building. They celebrated Harry's birthday, which was Feb. 14.

Thursday evening, Lela Wedel as well as her daughters and daughters-in-law and granddaughters attended a bridal shower for Kristi Koehn, daughter of Kelly and Karleen Koehn, at the Sugar Creek School near Galva.

Tuesday evening supper guests of Richard and Ruth Thayer were Harry and Sheryle Rhodes and Palmer and Lucille Base. They helped Richard celebrate his birthday which was Feb. 11.

Saturday evening, the Unruh family took Ron and Dora out for dinner at Smolan. This was in honor of their recent birthdays. Enjoying the evening together were the honorees, Jim and Brenda Enns and Darren, Lon and Deb Hiebert and Matthew, Mark and Barb Unruh, Katelin and Sara, Warren and Anita Unruh, Nathan and Kyle, and David Enns. Ashley could not come because she was at work.

Guests for supper at the Clayton Wiebe home Friday evening were the Nelson Wiebe family, the Travis Koehn family, and the Wayne Wiebe family.

Amy Koehn was home from Brooksville, Miss., for the Wedel and Becker wedding this weekend. Guests for Saturday supper at the Larry Koehn home were Travis and Sharon Koehn and family, Tim and Shelia Koehn, and Dalton and Lorna Koehn.

Many friends, relatives and neighbors were in attendance at the Sunday wedding of Travis Becker and Connie Wedel at the Morning Star Church. They will make their home in Halstead.

Sunday evening, cake and ice cream were enjoyed in the Warren Unruh home to help Nathan celebrate his ninth birthday which was Feb. 14. Guests were Jerry and Vi Dalke and their Ratzlaff grandchildren, Jim and Brenda Enns and Darren, Mark and Barb Unruh, Katelin and Sarah, and Ron and Dora Unruh.

Saturday evening, Palmer and Lucille Base were supper guests of their new neighbors, Mark and Casey Jahoo and family who recently moved into the former home of the Butterfields.

The burial service of Kathleen (Dirks) Wilson from Spokane, Wash., took place Monday afternoon at the Peace Valley Cemetery.

Monday evening, Palmer and Lucille Base were guests at a wedding reception celebration and dinner in honor of Palmer's niece Casynda Schroeder and John Redling, Jr. at the Under Hills Farms Country Inn near Moundridge. The couple got married Feb. 14 in a private ceremony.

On Thursday evening, Ken and Sandy Wiebe visited Henry Redger in Moundridge.
