Jon Karr, 41, Emporia, felony theft and theft by deception.
Joseph Willems, 63, Hillsboro, driving under influence, fleeing and eluding, transporting open container, and driving while license suspended.
Dennis Britton, 19, Canton, driving while license suspended.
Kimberly Cason, 46, Wichita, failure to appear.
Marc Johnson, 40, Hooker, Okla., possession of methamphetamine and driving while license suspended.
Kimberly Harris, 20, Florence, possession of narcotics.
