Coyotes rough up Tabor Bluejays

Fresh off a huge 89-74 come-from-behind win at home Thursday night against the Southwestern 'Builders, things appeared to finally be heading in the right direction for the Bluejays.

And why shouldn't they? After all, Tabor got a career-high 32 points out of Andy Brubacher, including eight three-pointers, not to mention 16 points from Tyler Weinbrenner, 15 from Greg Munroe, and 13 from Mike Stoecker.

But two nights later, in Hillsboro against the 13th ranked KCAC front -running Kansas Wesleyan Coyotes (10-3, 5-1 KCAC), things started looking like they used to for the Bluejays (5-11, 3-3 KCAC), who lost 66-50.

Tabor travels Thursday to Wichita for an 8 p.m. tip-off against Friends, who is tied for second with Southwestern at 3-2.
