Stephen W. Cronk, charged with two counts theft; journal entry of conviction and sentencing, defendant appears with attorney, enters plea of no contest, sentenced controlling sentence for one year custody of Marion County Sheriff's Office each count, served concurrently, supervised probation for 12 months, pay court costs and restitution.
