Nicole M. Bodiford, arraignment rescheduled at 1:15 p.m. Dec. 22.
Jack Branson, arraignment rescheduled at 9:45 a.m. Dec. 22.
Michael Allen Curley, jury trial at 8:30 a.m. Jan. 13.
Ronald Lee Johnson, preliminary hearing at 9 a.m. Jan. 6.
Ricky Dale Leshure, arraignment hearing at 10:15 a.m. Dec. 17.
Steve P. Schaecher, charged with endangering a child and criminal damage to property; one year supervised probation ordered for criminal damage to property.
Kelly Williams, charged with obstruction legal process in misdemeanor case, driving while license suspended, and speeding; journal entry of conviction and sentencing, enters plea of guilty to count one, state dismisses counts two and three, defendant sentenced to controlling 90 days custody of Marion County Sheriff's Office, credit for 15 days served, released from MNSO and places immediate supervision probation for six months, pay costs and fees in the amount of $242.
