The following information has been filed in the Criminal Division of Marion County District Court:
Michael Darrow, charged with possession of hallucinogenic, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving under influence of alcohol or drugs; arraignment at 10 a.m. March 7.
Justin Anderson, charged with obstructing legal process in felony case, battery, and disorderly conduct; bond appearance held Feb. 14, conditions of bond, no contact with victim, abide by parents' rules.
Troy Watts, first appearance at 9:45 a.m. March 14.
Robert T. Squires, charged with three counts giving worthless check; matter dismissed with prejudice, defendant paid restitution and court costs.
Jacob Dean Masters, charged with theft, matter dismissed without prejudice.
Joshua Esau, charged with theft by deception and criminal trespass; journal entry of conviction and sentencing, count one amended to misdemeanor, defendant pleads no contest, count two dismissed with prejudice, sentenced to one year in Marion County Jail, with credit for time served, one year immediate supervised probation with court service officer, pay costs and fees of $187, restitution to Joe Stucky as determined by cso, must gain and maintain full-time employment, must pay child support consistent with current order.

Kimberly Cason, charged with criminal deprivation of property; journal entry of conviction and sentencing, defendant pleads guilty to amended count one, sentenced to 30-day controlling sentence with Marion County Sheriff, six months immediate supervised probation with cso, pay costs and fees of $187, restitution of $50 to Carrie Watt.
Chad D. Carr, charged with possession of hallucinogenic and possession of drug paraphernalia; journal entry of sentencing, defendant pleads guilty to count one as amended, remaining charge dismissed, 30 days suspended sentence, six months supervised by court services, pay costs and fees of $687.
Eric D. Henderson, hearing held, probation revoked.
