Dustin L. Shiplet, charged with possession with intent to sell hallucinogenic and possession of drug paraphernalia; preliminary hearing at 10 a.m. Aug. 17.
Richard D. Lopez Jr., charged with battery; first appearance at 10:30 a.m. Aug. 22.
Wayne Kenel, bench trial at 9:45 a.m. Oct. 3.
Machelle A. Ratzloff, bond appearance held Aug. 15.
Michael E. Richmond, charged with criminal possession of firearm, criminal threat with intent to terrorize, domestic battery, and disorderly conduct; journal entry of judgment, counts one and four dismissed, 14 months with department of correction, 12 months postrelease, fees of $696, 23 days credit, sentence to run concurrent with separate case.
Chad Phillip Ingels, bond appearance at 10:30 a.m. Aug. 22.
