The following information has been filed in the Criminal Division of Marion County District Court:

Michael Darrow, charged with battery and intimidation of witness or victim; bond appearance at 10:30 a.m. Oct. 12.

Gabriel Demmitt, charged with possession of hallucinogenic and possession of drug paraphernalia; preliminary hearing at 9 a.m. Oct. 5.

Joshua Cody, arraignment at 9:45 a.m. Oct. 12.

Tabitha T. Cherry, charged with giving worthless check; first appearance hearing at 10:30 a.m. Oct. 4.

Cameron A. Linn, arraignment at 9:45 a.m. Oct. 12.

Brian Rose, arraignment at 10 a.m. Oct. 13.

Shane C. Killough, charged with six counts giving worthless checks; journal entry of conviction and sentencing, defendant waives right to counsel, guilty to counts one and two, counts three through six dismissed, 60 day controlling sentence for count one and 60 day controlling sentence for count two, to run concurrent, 12 months unsupervised probation, $117 costs and $734.41 restitution, make restitution on any other check Marion County Attorney might have, make monthly payments of $100, not have checking account.

Jason L. Miller, charged with possession of hallucinogenic and possession of drug paraphernalia; journal entry of sentencing, 30 days controlling sentence in custody of Marion County Sheriff's Office on count one, serve 48 hours as condition of probation, 12 months immediate supervised probation with court service officer, pay costs and fines of $542, serve 48 hours in Marion County jail for every positive drug/alcohol test, refusal, or admission, obtain drug/alcohol evaluation and follow recommendation at own expense, complete 25 hours community service work.

Doug Gable, motion hearing to correct an illegal sentence at 11 a.m. Oct. 13.

Larry F. Crayton, charged with possession of narcotics and possession of hallucinogenic; journal entry of judgment, 11 months controlling sentence with secretary of correction, 18 months immediate supervised probation with community corrections on count one and 30 day in Marion County jail on count two, serve 48 hours as condition of probation on count two to run concurrent with count one, complete 50 hours community service work, not possess/consume alcohol/drugs, submit to bb/u testing, gain/maintain employment, submit to DNA testing, complete mandatory drug treatment, serve 48 hours in jail for every positive drug/alcohol test, refusal, failure, or admission, pay costs and fines of $1,547.

Curtis Hancock, motion hearing to revoke probation at 3:15 p.m. Nov. 10.
