Jill Lynelle Hart, giving a worthless check less than $500; defendant pleaded guilty and sentenced to 30 days in the custody of Marion County Sheriff, sentence suspended and defendant was placed on immediate unsupervised probation for six months, ordered to pay court costs of $128, booking fee of $45, and restitution of $71.64, not to obtain or maintain a checking account, and is to make monthly payments of $50 until all fees are paid in full and paid within the term of probation.

Grant, possession of depressants, stimulants, hallucinogenics, steroids, possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia, defective tail lamp on motor vehicle; defendant pleaded guilty to count one, other charges were dismissed, was sentenced to a controlling sentence of 90 days in custody of Marion County Sheriff, sentence was suspended and defendant was placed on immediate supervised probation for 12 months or until the probation officer believes it can be converted to unsupervised probation, defendant to serve 48 hours in the Marion County Jail for every positive drug test, refusal to submit, or admission of usage, shall not possess or consume any illegal drugs, obtain an alcohol/drug evaluation and follow all recommendations at own expense, ordered to pay court costs of $128, probation fee of $25, booking fee of $45, a $400 KBI lab fee, and court-appointed attorney fees as determined by the court, and ordered to set up a payment plan with court services officer.

Michael S. Nelson, original charge of aggravated criminal sodomy/sodomy with a child was amended to rape/sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 14, original charge of aggravated indecent liberties with a child 14 years of age or younger was amended to rape/sexual intercourse with a child 14 years of age or younger, original charge of lewd lascivious/exposure to a child less than 16 years of age was amended to rape/sexual intercourse with a child 14 years of age or younger, original charge of battery was amended to aggravated indecent liberties with a child 14 years of age or younger, three counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child 14 years of age or younger, two counts of lewd/lascivious/exposure to a child less than 16 years of age, battery (violation date of Jan. 1, 2007); pre-trial motion hearing at 9:30 a.m. May 27, jury trial rescheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. Aug. 18.

Dennis Britton, original charges of two counts of burglary of a building used as a dwelling were amended to criminal trespass, two counts of burglary of a building used as a dwelling, original charge of theft value of at least $1,000 but less than $25,000 was amended to theft of less than $1,000, theft of less than $1,000 (violation date of Aug. 5, 2007); through a plea agreement, defendant was sentenced to a controlling sentence of 12 months for count one, a controlling sentence of six months for count two, a controlling sentence of 30 days for count three, and a controlling sentence of 30 days for count four to be concurrent with each other in custody of the Marion County Sheriff, other charges were dismissed, defendant was ordered to report to the sheriff at 9 a.m. April 18 and released Saturday at 4 p.m., and to serve 10 consecutive weekends in Marion County Jail and shall be given credit for 20 days already served, placed on immediate supervised probation for 18 months with court services officer, 48 hours in Marion County Jail for every positive drug/alcohol test, refusal to submit, or admission of usage, shall not enter any establishment whose primary source of income is from the sale of alcohol or cereal malt beverage, obtain an alcohol/drug evaluation and follow all recommendations at own expense, complete 20 hours of community service work, have no contact with the victims or co-defendants, directly or indirectly, follow all conditions of court services program, pay court costs of $128, booking fee of $45, probation fee of $25, court-appointed attorney fees of $600, and restitution of $1,138.
